About the Event
Join us for a seven-week program designed to help you build and fine-tune your managerial capabilities related to some of the more challenging situations we find ourselves in as people leaders.
In our first live meeting, we will have an introductory conversation to introduce ourselves, and talk in more detail about the format of the program.
Following our first live meeting (our introductory conversation), you will receive a link to a 30-minute video on the course content for the first topic to be viewed at your convenience during the week. After each week's live (virtual) meeting, you will receive a new link to the week's video content or an assignment to promote learning and retention of the course content.
In each week's live 60-minute Zoom meeting, we will discuss the week's topic, and incorporate case studies and mock scenarios to incorporate the element of practice to ensure maximum retention and increase the likelihood of the application of the skills when the time warrants. We will also use this time to leverage the experience and approaches of others in the cohort.
Our primary areas of focus for the program will be:
· Advanced Feedback
· Coaching Skills
· Having Difficult Conversations
This cohort will meet via Zoom Wednesday evenings from 6 - 7 pm (Central time) from June 14 - July 26.
This program is intended for individuals with direct reports who have been in their roles for six months or more. It is recommended to participate in the New Manager Path to Success Program prior to enrolling in this program.
Please register if you'd like to join us. The number of participants is limited. Registration fees ($850) can be paid via credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Venmo (you will receive further instructions upon registration). Upon completion of registration (including receipt of payment), you will receive calendar invites that include the Zoom links for each week's live discussion.
